Our staffing solutions

Our staffing solutions

Nursing and personal support roles matched to the needs of the care environment.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Nursing assessment, care planning, coordination and direct care within the individual nurse’s authority and competence. Assignment suitability depends on patient needs, the practice environment and facility policies.

Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)

Nursing assessment, care planning and direct care within the individual nurse’s authority and competence. Matching considers the care needs, available supports and the responsibilities of the assignment.

Personal Support Workers (PSWs)

Support with daily living, personal care, mobility and comfort, as appropriate to training, the care plan and the setting. PSW duties are distinct from regulated nursing responsibilities.
